i tried barking “charlieeeee!” and “peggy sue” over and over, but nobody came out.
then i saw the empty wine bottles outside the gate and figured they must’ve kicked him out already.

yes, i saw that too — big foamy green hair curlers. that’s just how they roll in this town. (geddit? roll? arf arf arf (which is dog for “har har har” if you’re not in the know.))
